Body Semester

Workouts mixing resistance, plyometric, core, balance, and cardio training. We believe that when great workouts are combined with knowledgeable and inspiring trainers, good nutrition, and a supportive environment that AMAZING results will follow! You don't need to be "in-shape" to join--we'll take care of that when you get here! Come be one of the many people who have gotten leaner and stronger at Body Semester!

Body Semester 101

Has it been a LONG time since you have exercised, or maybe you have never really exercised at all? Does the thought of a gym scare you to death? Do you feel too old, big, or out-of-shape to go to a gym? Do you want a class that moves a little slower with others that want to move a little slower too? In Body Semester 101, we will focus on endurance, agility, balance, range of motion and strength to spring board you into greater health and vitality!
